Q. Do I have to order with a credit card?

A. No, if you prefer, you may order by mailing a check or money order payable to:

Q. Do you accept international orders?

A. We accept orders from all over the world. Please allow as long as 6 weeks for delivery to overseas locations. For faster international shipping, e-mail us at startechsales@juno.com for information. Due to a significant amount of overseas fraud, we require an e-mailed or faxed copy of the credit card and a billing statement with bank contact information in order to process overseas orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Q. What is your warranty and return policy?

A. Nearly all of our products carry a 1-year replacement warranty (unless otherwise stated). If you need to return a working product, you may contact us for an Return Authorization number. We apply a 20% restocking fee to returns. Shipping is non-refundable.


Q. What if I can't find the part I need on your site?

A. We can locate many adapters and batteries which are not listed on our site. Feel free to contact us with your laptop model information.
